Good breakfast options, cooked to order. Tea making facility was convenient, though pump pot didn't make the best tea. Friendly welcome, easy check-in. Spacious, comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms and quality toiletries. Delicious food in the restaurant, exceptional service. Accommodating staff for early breakfast. Beautiful location by the canal, short drive from city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always taking the time to ask about my day. They even went out of their way to check if my room was ready early so I could settle in. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The location right next to the canal was perfect for morning walks, and the staff were quick to recommend other nearby pubs and restaurants. the hotel facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the bar area with the open fire.

Tbh, had a fantastic stay in a friendly and cosy hotel. The venue was fairly clean, offered pleasant staff and location. The rooms were tidy on the bottom floor. Lots of food at breakfast like fruit juices, cereals, croissants, toast and muffins. Early check-in was a bonus. I enjoyed warm reception.

The inn is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore Chester. It is also situated by the canal, providing a picturesque view. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, arranging a late check-in and providing a key for easy access. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Communication between wait staff and guests seemed poor, leading to a mess up over an evening meal.

Liked the place, had a comfortable stay. Recently renovated & airy unit with wonderful view, a large bathroom and a hairdryer.

It was fairly clean and interesting place, had perfect staff and food. The room was very comfy, comfy bed. The restaurant was nice and food was amazing.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel just outside the city center of a popular destination. The rooms were modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated. I was impressed with the high standard of the furniture and TV, as well as the almost brand new bathrooms. The highlight of my stay was the incredibly comfortable bed which provided me with the best sleep I've had in a long time. The hotel's location was ideal, with a beautiful canal running right beside it. A scenic walk of just 2 miles took me directly into the heart of the city. I appreciated the fact that the accommodation was separate from the main building, allowing me to come and go as I pleased at any time of the night. The hotel's pub also impressed me with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the beer garden next to the canal was a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Considering the amazing quality of the accommodation and the experience overall, the price was outstanding value for money.

It was good place to stay. Staff were EFFICIENT, hotel was fairly clean, set in great area really close to which was ever so pretty as well as park and ride and other activities in Chester.
